Not enough space in reception centre in Ter Apel if you apply for asylum there

Are you applying for asylum in Ter Apel? If so, you may not be allocated a place in a reception centre straight away. The application centre is too full. Some people have to wait outside. Are you ill, pregnant, a minor or travelling with children? Please report this immediately to the COA, VluchtelingenWerk Nederland (VWN) or the Red Cross.

The application centre in Ter Apel is too full

You should register in Ter Apel if you wish to apply for asylum in the Netherlands. However, the application centre is currently very busy. There are not enough places in reception centres.

As a result, not everyone is immediately given a place to sleep. Some people have to wait outside.

Who does what in Ter Apel?
